Robyn Douglass, an actress and model, had previously posed nude for Playboy magazine, signing a release authorizing Playboy and its assigns to use the photographs. Augustin Gregory, the photographer, later became Hustler’s photography editor and provided Hustler with nude photos of Douglass from these sessions, some unpublished.
