King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) was formed on March 1, 2012 by the merger of Chinese firm King & Wood and Australian firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques and is the largest international commercial law firm in the Asia-Pacific region. The firm has about 3,029 attorneys across 26 offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the United States, generated approximately $1.2 billion in gross revenue in 2023, and ranked 53rd on the 2024 Global 200 and 2nd on the 2024 China 50.
