I went to the WCC last week and the Santa Clara assistant dean said that they value high LSAT scores, especially if they are above the 75th percentile , but you have to write a GPA addendum explaining why GPA is so low. She said the worst thing you can do is write nothing and pretend like your GPA isn’t what it is and hope they won’t notice/care because of a high LSAT. Idk if this applies to you, but she also said if you’re a few years out of undergrad, letters of rec specifically from employers can help create a convincing narrative of how your uGPA isn’t indicative of what you’re capable of now and can demonstrate growth from when you were in undergrad.
