What I need to hear and probably what you need to hear too:
Feeling disappointment and regret is inevitable. It’s what makes us strive to be better.
What you decide to do afterwards matters so much more than the fleeting moment of frustration, disappointment, sadness, anger, etc.
One chance/opportunity is all you really need. What you make of it is dependent on you.
You can believe that things could’ve been better. Remember that many have done worse and still fared out fine in the end. Take a breath and remember that you will be fine.
That being said, everything is relative. Your scores, grades, work performance, everything. It’s better to compare yourself to yourself, not yourself to others.
