R&R from last cycle. Applied broadly, wasn’t set on any geographic region, just wanted a great fit with my average stats.
Wrote essay for Tulane, but a big reach…. wasn’t surprised by the R.
Wrote a why OU and had a great interview, which probably helped me get in as I was around both 25ths.
Attempted to negotiate with OU and Mercer but they wouldn’t budge.
OOS for LSU and was way too much with the $ they offered, so didn’t really consider them.
Ultimately, I Went with Mercer because they were cheapest after scholarship, solid LST report, and I’m fine with staying in my home state.
