- After a certain point, admissions results are totally random. Don’t tie it to your self-worth or identity!
- Given how late my results came back to me and how it affected my ability to pit aid offers against each other and generally plan for the fall, I’d encourage you to submit earlier so you can get results back in a timely manner. The schools that absolutely dragged their feet for me were Columbia, GULC, and Stanford. So for these schools especially, it might make sense to apply earlier if you’re really basing a lot of your plans off them (for me it was GULC since I live in the DC area). Obviously, don’t compromise the quality of your materials.
- Give your all on your LSAT and essays.
- In your interviews, keep your narrative coherent! Don’t come up with a new personality or legal interest, I’d say. Stay within the range of what they know about you.
- Stay off Reddit after you submit. Use the search function for any specific questions. Who cares about waves. You’ll know when you know.
