DullInTheHead's wisdom
Here’s some advice other people told me that I’ve found to be true as the cycle went on:
-
Studying for the LSAT always pays off. Invest time into it daily, no matter what, and it will never be wasted. If you consider the fact that a higher LSAT score invariably results in higher scholarship offers, you’re basically being paid to study for a test that has an inordinately high impact on admissions. It’s the most important but most controllable part of your application.
-
Write why statements, and “optional statements.” You know if you’re not diverse enough for a diversity statement.
-
Do everything way, way before you think you need to and you’ll be able to apply early, hear back early, and save yourself a world of stress.
