Advice for LATE applicants:

• Some of the schools you apply to will already have filled their class without you knowing. You’ve just got to accept it and not beat yourself up too hard. But also, it’s worth applying to a few extra schools even if they’re not at the top of your list.
• Other applicants will start asking what’s happening with X school’s waitlist movement before you’ve even heard their initial decision on your file. Ignore it.
• Checking this site every day will not make decisions come any faster.
• Don’t compare your results with your stats twins who applied early in the cycle. They did better. You’ve just got to accept the choices you have.
• You’ve decided to apply late this cycle for a reason. Maybe it’s just to feel out your options to decide whether you should apply next cycle or maybe it’s because your life circumstances changed and you want to go to law school now. Either way, there’s no way to know what would have happened if you had applied earlier so find a way to be content with what you have and move forward.
