You don’t need a 170 LSAT to go to a good law school. That being said, a higher LSAT would definitely make things easier, open more doors, and give you more scholarship options.
Simple Advice:
Spend a lot of time to craft your personal statement/application to show why you want to go to law school. This is SUPER important especially if you’re just an average LSAT applicant like me.
Re read your personal statement. Then re-read it 20 more times over the course of a couple days to make sure you made no mistakes.
Have a friend or pay a service to look over your personal statement for any spelling errors or grammatical inconsistencies.
Do whatever you have to do to study and get the LSAT score near the mean/average LSAT score of your target school.
ALWAYS SHOOT YOUR SHOT WITH A SCHOOL- (even if its way out of your league, you may be surprised).
NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT A REJECTION/WAIT-LIST!- It ain’t over till its over.
