I tried to keep a consistent theme throughout my entire application. I submitted 3 LORs (2 academic, 1 professional). I touched on Why Law in my personal statement. I did not submit a GPA addendum but I did have an upward trend in my GPA. Be realistic and apply to a range of schools. Work hard on the components you can control and try not to stress over the components you can’t control. Also, email schools and ask for an application fee waiver—the worst thing that will happen is that they’ll politely say no.
