Don’t let the recommended experience you lack on your resume completely block you from applying (though please get that experience if it makes sense for you to; it didn’t for my circumstances).

Admissions are looking for human beings and their stories, not a list of filled checkboxes. You can demonstrate your interest and readiness for the legal profession in how you present your narrative. Make sure you communicate clearly anything that so strongly pushes you into this path (e.g. your community or even your hobbies) you see law as the most vivid vision for your future. I believe that’s what landed me into one of the most perfect schools for my goals despite applying late.
