One thing to note, if you’re LSAT is on the lower end like mine, EVERYTHING matters. Your Personal statement, your recommendations, your why x essay, your supplementals, your work experience, everything. Factors that help are having a gpa that’s over their median, and not being too below in terms of LSAT (1-2 points max). My law mentor told me that his recommendation was three pages. When I mean everything, I mean EVERYTHING.

All in all, I’m probably going to choose Emory because of the placement, the ok BL numbers and the half scholarship they gave me. Also, the people are very genuine there which I especially appreciate. Make sure you work hard on your actual application because I promise you, your WLs could have easily been As with an extra essay, and some more care.
