Here’s my advice to any and all sub 170 splitters:
Work hard on your LSAT and don’t take it until you are consistently scoring in the 170’s (I believe anyone is capable of 170+ if you practice for long enough and that might be different for different people, that’s my one regret though, that I rushed taking the LSAT and underachieved), and write deeply and passionately about whatever work experience you have on your Personal Statements. Write all optional essays ofc and treat them just as passionately and deeply about yourself as you did in the PS. Apply early, around Thanksgiving or Christmas time. I’m not going to say “don’t check LSD every 10 minutes because I did that, but I will say to try and not do that haha. Apply broadly, of course. Don’t get involved in Reddit beef, but just peep from time to time to be in the know.
