Focused more on my GPA to retain Summa, hence being a bit of a reverse splitter (only took LSAT once), but I recommend this: APPLY EARLY! Some at Fordham had similar stats to me but applied a month later, to be outright rejected while I got some scholly money (renegotiate attempted and failed, but I was happy enough with the offer to attend). It really does get more competitive later on, and it should be of main concern to weigh retakes vs applying w/ your stats as is, should a retake lead to a late november or later submission.
