Don’t overthink it. Be clear, concise, and genuine. Those three things are the key to any successful application.

Note: It’s very natural to feel like your application sucks after submitting it. Those lingering doubts and second-guesses are a fairly common experience. Don’t believe those! I thought I fumbled the hell out of my interviews and essays after working on them for months, and it was just typical neuroticism (I got in).
