Spent 4 years in community college while working full-time.
After receiving my Associates in Admin Justice, I left the States and taught English in a latin country for 3 years. I was a volunteer during my time abroad and then taught English at the US Embassy.
When I returned to the US due to Covid-19, I fought against insurance companies, representing plaintiffs in property damage, recovering over $3,000.000.00 in settlements. Now I work at a law firm in personal injury, fighting insurance companies for high settlements on behalf of injured plaintiffs. I am involved in mediations, etc. Settled over 200+ cases thus far and over $5,000,000.00 in settlements. During all this time, I was finishing up undergrad full-time. Working full-time and finishing up school full-time was no joke. I applaud those who were able to do the aforementioned AND study for the LSAT AND get a favorable score. I couldn’t do it.
Academically, I was on the Dean’s List every year in University, while working FT. What brought my GPA down was my time during community college (was young and working FT).

I speak 3 languages (English, Spanish, Tagalog).
I am first gen undergrad and now attempting to be a 1st gen grad.
I am interested mainly in public interest and criminal law. Would like to open my own shop one day.

All my applications are PT programs as I plan to work FT during law school.
