Don’t apply late if you can, but if you do, believe in yourself and blanket the T14. I was interviewed and waitlisted after applying to Harvard in February. You miss every shot you don’t take ✌🏾

Admitted to Northwestern UniversityInternational student with US undergrad (big ten) Wrote why X for all T-14 schools If Cornell’s interview invite “recommend” you to take the Kira within 10 days, it actually means REQUIRE. :/
no wisdom just extremely ready to be done with this process honestly i just spent a truly depressing amount of time agonizing over writing and rewriting and editing my PS/DS/other statements
Use LSAT Demon Basic Plan (the one for $95). Studied for 2 months and never needed any of the live classes. Just use the software and you’ll be good. “I am both.” - Artist50, circa late 2022

Applying to law school is hard! you got this! I took the LSAT 3 times to get my score, don’t give up. Try not to obsessively check this site and Reddit, it’s not terribly helpful :)
Ivy undergrad Legal job after gradation Strong personal statement / diversity statement (I think this was the most important part !!!) Recs from professors I was very close with
Decided to retake the LSAT and reapply after not getting the results I wanted last year. Seems to have turned out for the better! Last year’s results below… https://imgur.com/a/K4JI9lL
Get your best possible GPA and LSAT. Write about what makes you who you are, discuss your identity. Apply early. Apply to lots of T14s. Negotiate your aid, communicate your needs.
what, like it’s hard? (it is, in fact, hard)
APPLY! Stop listening to people who say you have no chance at certain schools because of your stats. There’s more to an application than just your gpa and lsat. Shoot your shot!
Went to a large state school for undergrad. Worked for one year after graduation in government relations. Low-income background and from a very underrepresented area of the US.
Try to visit schools and picture if you could see yourself living there. It’s 3 years of your life, so the choice of school can go beyond just the school itself, it’s life too.
Our generation’s cooked and my cycle was even more cooked but y’all got this. And apply early
Caught a ton of waitlists in the tough 2020 cycle. I ended up taking a job in consulting instead of going to law school this year. May try again in a few years, we’ll see.
Wrote all optional essays. Was a STEM major, and would definitely recommend making sure it’s clear in your app why you are transitioning to law school if you are also STEM!
Do your very best in undergrad. Once your GPA is finalized, that’s it. Also, take your time studying for the LSAT. Do not take the test until you are absolutely ready.
SEVERELY better cycle compared to 2022-2023 for me (◕_◕). I did not retake the LSAT, just strengthened my application parts and applied in November instead of February.
