The Court also granted the plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief, including a permanent injunction to prevent Lacey from infringing on the plaintiffs' exclusive rights in copyrighted recordings. The relief sought is authorized by copyright law, which allows a court to grant temporary and final injunctions to prevent or restrain copyright infringement.
