Numbers are only part of the story. Craft a convincing Personal Statement that shares who you are and why you want to go into law. Admissions only knows what you tell them! Lean into your background.
Apply to schools within reason. Rejections are demoralizing so be ambitious but realistic. If you’re within the 25th-75th mark or above, then apply away. But for schools that you’re below the 25th in both GPA and LSAT, save your money and your sanity unless you have an incredibly compelling reason as to why.
Don’t be afraid to wait. Law school will always be there and your chances increase with your LSAT score. Work experience looks good on applications too so don’t be afraid to skip a cycle.
Social media is equal parts helpful and harmful. Don’t get in your head about not having a perfect GPA or LSAT score, you are not alone.
Know your worth and do your research. It’s your legal education, not someone else’s. Go to the school that gives you the best value both education and scholarship wise.
