Why x’s for all schools excluding: t6 (though included a paragraph in Columbia PS), WashU, BU, NW, + Core values instead of why X for Penn

Needs-based fee waiver everywhere

Did not get scholarship info with additional Columbia grant until 4/22 which was after NYU’s 4/16 scholarship deposit deadline, Cornell’s 4/15 deposit deadline, and the day before Duke’s 4/23 deadline so all negotiations using Columbia just used Butler. Did not send CLS any of my other offers.
