I spent the summer before application season working on my PS and other essays, and I recommend doing so rather than trying to hurry to finish when application season starts. I sat the last in-person LSAT administration before COVID. My PS was about being molested and how the legal process shaped me and drives me professionally, and I developed a cohesive narrative between that and my Why Michigan essay. I think showing a depth of passion about children’s issues starting in my PS and continuing into my Why Michigan helped me score the Darrow.
