What I wish I had done:
applied earlier (just so I could have had a more peaceful winter and heard back earlier)
applied to more places, and ESPECIALLY t14s that are more scholarship generous than my schools (duke, uva, michigan, penn, etc)
Spent more time on PS (especially for hls i basically submitted first drafts bc i was lazy)

What I’m glad I did:
really researched schools and tailored my statements to each school (especially why X)
Visited 5 admitted student days to ensure I was making the right decision
Had good relationships with my professors and had solid LOR
Was involved in hobbies throughout decision season to keep me from losing my mind

If you are aiming for named t14 scholarships, make sure you have years of relevant experience in the field of law you want to do (very rare to see KJDs get significant money)
