i got WL last year with a 3.75 165. basically lower stats than u GPA wise. i wouldnt say its impossible for you at all

the rankings are in quartiles. 1st quartile is the most likely to get off the waitlist. but if you dont fill a particular gap in the class characteristics theyre looking to fill then youll be skipped as the school sifts through WL applicants to find the perfect person to fill the niche
