A quick definition of Prepaid legal services:

Prepaid legal services is when someone pays for legal services in advance, just in case they need them in the future. This is sometimes offered as a benefit to employees by businesses.

A more thorough explanation:

Prepaid legal services refer to an agreement where an individual pays for legal services that they may need in the future. This arrangement is often created by businesses as a benefit for their employees.

  • John pays a monthly fee to a prepaid legal service provider. In the future, if he needs legal assistance, he can use the services without paying additional fees.
  • ABC Company offers a prepaid legal service plan to its employees. This plan covers legal services such as document review, consultations, and representation in court.

The examples illustrate how prepaid legal services work. Individuals or businesses pay a fee upfront to have access to legal services when needed. This can be a cost-effective way to obtain legal assistance without incurring high fees.

This is obviously not true for UVA. Past years show they don't send any non A results until December
