term to propound all things

Read a random definition: action ex contractu

A quick definition of term to propound all things:

Term refers to a word or phrase that has a specific meaning in a certain field or a condition that is agreed upon in a contract. It can be an essential provision that must be included for a contract to exist or a nonessential provision that is not as important. A term can also refer to a fixed period of time, such as the duration of an estate or a court session. In the past, there were four terms in a year during which courts conducted judicial business, but they have been abolished. A term annuity is a type of annuity, and a term fee is a sum that a solicitor may charge a client for each term in which legal proceedings take place.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: Term to Propound All Things refers to a deadline imposed by a judge in an ecclesiastical law case for the parties to exhibit all evidence supporting their positions. It is one of the four periods in a year during which the courts are in session to conduct judicial business in English law.

Examples:

  • In an ecclesiastical law case, the judge may impose a term to propound all things, requiring the parties to exhibit all evidence supporting their positions before a certain deadline.
  • In English law, terms were used in the 13th century to divide the legal year into four periods - Hilary, Easter, Trinity, and Michaelmas - during which the courts were in session to conduct judicial business.

Explanation: The term to propound all things is a legal deadline that requires parties in an ecclesiastical law case to exhibit all evidence supporting their positions before a certain deadline. This ensures that all relevant evidence is presented and considered before a decision is made. In English law, terms were used to divide the legal year into four periods during which the courts were in session to conduct judicial business. This allowed for more efficient scheduling and organization of court proceedings.

I mean, idk how it's possible to end birth right citizenship without amending the constitution because to me the 14th amendment is pretty clear about it.
ross ulbricht tried to hire a hitman to kill 5 people
i am not that sympathetic to him

@KnowledgeableRitzyWasp: That might have been an FBI agent. It was most likely him and he was most likely doing it to retrieve stolen funds that corrupt FBI agents stole, but yeah moral gray area but me personally, cool with hitmen. It's not like it is uncommon to hire hitmen. I don't think the action itself is necessarily wrong but the intent behind it can be.

Like, Boeing whistblowers being killed by hitmen = wrong but a guy hiring hitmen to retrieve stolen funds = good to me.

@Dkk: Yeah, for sure. My guess is it'll go to SCOTUS and it'll be 8-1 or 7-2, saying that EO was unconstitutional.
