A quick definition of vis inquietativa:

Term: VIS INQUIETATIVA

Definition: Vis inquietativa is a legal term that means a force that disturbs or prevents someone from using their property peacefully and quietly. It is a type of interference that can cause disruption and disturbance to the rightful owner of the property.

A more thorough explanation:

Vis inquietativa is a Latin term used in civil law to refer to a force that prevents someone from using their possession peacefully and without disturbance.

For example, if a neighbor constantly plays loud music that disturbs the peace of another neighbor, it can be considered vis inquietativa. Similarly, if someone builds a structure that blocks the sunlight from entering their neighbor's property, it can also be considered vis inquietativa.

Another example could be if a landlord enters a tenant's apartment without permission and disturbs their privacy, it can be considered vis inquietativa.

No, at least from the two people I know there that’s false. I think it’s just something like Chicago for conservatives is on par with S whereas for liberals it’s below HYS but above CCNP

I mean I think even the student body there only like 15 percent is part of fedsoc
It's more just not a good # for people who aren't willing to clerk conservative. I'm sure they place liberal clerks at an above average rate for a t-6 though. Maybe higher (not entirely sure)
