It's a very laid back interview, mine was with a super chill professor
I heard back within a week of submitting my app and got my scholarship the same day as acceptance
is anyone attending the Future Students' day?
15:36
Just had my interview, thanks to everyone for the tips. How long after interviewing did people hear back typically?
took me like 5 weeks to hear back but I have a weird app. yours shouldnt be so bad
16:57
I also did my interview today; seemed like they really wanted to sell me on the school over other regionals
Got the interview too, trying to see what job market is like in KC tho
anyone do the interview for UMKC? i received an email for interview request but i was wondering what it was like for any of you
19:05
is it safe to say if you don't get a request for an interview ut's an r?
19:05
**it's an R?
looking at your stats i would say you would get in. idk the other qualifications you have. i received an interview request a week after i applied, then an acceptance the next day. im almost positive they interview every single candidate though
12:00
They indicated a decision has been made on Lawhub and it will be in my email. It's been a day and I haven't received anything. And I wasn't interviewed so I am assuming it's an R
Same here.

@marieantoinetteslawyer: I emailed them and there was an error on their end, they emailed me my decision letter
Thanks! I got waitlisted.
18:27
Same!
I genuinely think we just applied too late. The email made it seem like they had already accepted as many people as they could and they probably just waitlisted all of us.
the first seat deposit is due april 1st, so im sure you will probably be accepted after that. UMKC is just a safety school for a lot of people
15:54
umkc was my top choice
anyone going to admitted students day saturday?
I just got the interview request. UMKC is my top choice and even if it werent I cannot relocate. My boyfriend is doing his residency here. As for saturday, i probably will.
goodluck on the interview its super chill! but that message was old about saturday, but if you get admitted i can send you the facebook link to the group!
Can I ask who you interviewed with? I hate that it doesnt show a date, I would appreciate that! I signed up for future students day april 17th!
Professor Rostron
Okay, I have Hoyt.
@Legallyveryconfused: I’m in! Will you send me the link?
wait wtf??? they gave you 24k??
Yes. I got 2, one is 6,000 for "demonstrated achievement, personal initiative, and potential to enrich the community" and the other was a "non resident scholar" for 18,000.
