just to add to people's reports - I also had an external interviewer, she was v nice and took lots of notes - she let me ask questions but warned me she might not be able to answer them v fully

Last two weeks we've seen people get ii invites within 7-10 or even 4 days of going complete. Any hunches on what this could indicate about the process? Seems different than the last view under the hood we got in the podcast episode with KH and MI from spring '23.
vegetable - its really hard to know. Don't assume you're out of the running though until you get a rejection. The consultants say they can predict outcomes pretty well, but never timing
*they're considering admitting (starting this cycle). Looks like IIs stopped going out several weeks ago, so I'd venture a guess that anyone who hasn't interviewed at this point is getting a WL or an R. But obviously there may be some waitlist movement (but not much lol, it is YLS).
