@texaslawhopefully: robust study skills, the ability to do a ton of work and process a lot of information. like the study skills ability to handle a lot of work efficiently. i dont think intelligence is that determinative when everyone is already so smart at top schools. it really comes down to the processes you implement to study

plus exam strategy is the other golden ticket. you need to know what your professors want. and most professors just want mounds and mounds of analysis
