That was definitely my biggest takeaway from my labory experiences over the years -- these issues are always incredibly complex

But, really, the NLRB and EEOC do so much to keep checks and balances in the system, I saw firsthand how companies were really spurred to think critically about choices due to those agencies

Instead of Why Yale, they might ask you about the “pros and cons” of Yale which is what they did for me. Might be helpful to prepare a con ahead of time if you haven’t already!
