Sounds like a plan! One less thing to worry about until after the november LSAT. Also, if you look at their acceptance vs rejections, they dont really reject people until January.

On this chart on the right, https://www.lsd.law/school/UCLA-Law/2024 you can see they do most of their waitlists and rejections in January. Accepted, they will do whenever they feel like it. Usually a month.
