But, really, the NLRB and EEOC do so much to keep checks and balances in the system, I saw firsthand how companies were really spurred to think critically about choices due to those agencies

Instead of Why Yale, they might ask you about the “pros and cons” of Yale which is what they did for me. Might be helpful to prepare a con ahead of time if you haven’t already!
they indicated on their blog that interviews would begin this week so i could see them holding off on sending out more invites until they've already completed a good chunk of the interviews they requested
Seems like it’s an every 2 week thing. Also, my II on 11/08 allowed interview dates up to 11/20. I imagine they’ll complete all these interviews then send out new invites on 11/21? Just a guess
