LSAT 173 GPA 3.93 2024–25 cycle

Attending University of Pennsylvania

R&R applicant. Applied in the 2023-2024 cycle as a KJD with 165 LSAT and struck out of T-14 with some acceptances in T-30. Hope that my outcomes this year can convince others that gaining some relevant work experience and boosting your LSAT score is 100% worth it.

LSAT 172 GPA 3.55 2024–25 cycle

Attending Boston University

FYI on the quick UCLA turnaround – applied for Distinguished Scholars, which is full-tuition ED if you get it. If you don’t get it, your application goes to RD, but you are guaranteed a response by end of December. So a little twist on that specific data point.

LSAT 172 GPA 3.87 2020–21 cycle

Attending University of Texas at Austin

Renegotiated with Texas Law using all of my other scholarship offers, except NYU (hadn’t received my scholly info yet) – offer went from 54k total to 60k total (off of in-state tuition). Headed to Texas Law to stay close to my fam and significant other! :)

LSAT 169 GPA 3.87 2020–21 cycle

Attending University of Michigan

Hello hello! I only wrote Why X for the University of Michigan, so I would encourage writing those for any available schools. I am currently riding out the UChicago, Columbia, and NYU waitlists, but I am aware that those are unlikely to have movement.

LSAT 174 GPA 3.82 2023–24 cycle

Attending Harvard University

please don’t be afraid to take a gap year (or a few) between undergrad and law school!!!! being able to articulate why law and why you’re going to be a great lawyer is more important to adcomms than what club you were president of or your favorite class

LSAT 173 GPA 3.85 2022–23 cycle

Attending Columbia University

Save up early bc apps are insanely expensive without fee waivers Start studying for the LSAT like a year in advance and if you can work with a private tutor, DO IT Listen to podcasts/absorb as much material about law school admissions as possible

LSAT 171 GPA 4.02 2024–25 cycle

Attending Boston University

thrilled with my outcome and excited for terrier merch. don’t let this stuff take over your life, do read schools’ ABA 509 reports and research red flags to look out for. shoutout to my fellow overwhelmed first-gen students I love you

LSAT 166 GPA 3.42 2020–21 cycle

Admitted to Boston University

M.A. (GPA 3.9) and work experience in the field in which I plan to practice Rejected by the schools I attended for undergrad and grad school I would like to thank this cycle for the opportunity to write a new series of essays 🙃

LSAT 180 GPA 3.83 2024–25 cycle

Attending University of California—Berkeley

Ultimately, this was an easy decision. As a PI applicant, my goal for the cycle was NYU or Berkeley. I am exceedingly fortunate to have received a full ride at Berkeley and after being rejected for RTK, it was a no-brainer to attend.

LSAT 173 GPA 3.98 2020–21 cycle

Attending Georgetown University

Apply earlier, and not during a pandemic. Spend less time on here (same goes for Reddit). Wrote optional essays for Stanford (3 books, 3 songs), Georgetown (Top 10 list) and a “Why X?” for UVA, Michigan, Duke, Cornell, and ASU.

LSAT 179 GPA 3.41 2020–21 cycle

Attending New York University

Strong softs with a cohesive narrative (somewhere between tiers 2 and 3). TFA for 2 years after undergrad, with another year at a similar organization in a leadership role. Good luck, and don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself!

LSAT 174 GPA 3.55 2022–23 cycle

Attending New York University

work experience is your friend!! especially as a super splitter and your PS/supplements and general writing skills matter way more than you would think, especially if you can tell a convincing story about why law and why now

LSAT 169 GPA 4.04 2020–21 cycle

Attending Northwestern University

literally, like, don’t check your statuses every day. it’ll just make you upset. not to sound like a sorority recruitment chair, but just be your most authentic self in apps. the schools meant for you will accept you.

LSAT 171 GPA 3.47 2023–24 cycle

Attending George Washington University

Spend more time studying for the LSAT than you think. As long as you are still learning, you should still be studying. Take good care of yourself and take as much time off as you need between undergrad and law school.

LSAT 172 GPA 3.85 2024–25 cycle

Attending Boston University

Submitted with a 3.80, Fall grades increased it to 3.83, Spring Grades to 3.85. Go Terriers! I loved my visit to BU which was the big decisive factor for me. I’m still going to ride some WL’s though (HLS and Mich).

Attending University of Michigan
