…(but not perfect) numbers and little else tend to be prime waitlist candidates IMO. Put time into your PS. It’s the only piece of writing that you get to send to the admissions committees of some schools. It should provide a cohesive narrative about your background and experiences that ties into legal practice.…
…the school i will be committing to. i didn’t remain on any waitlists. best advice is to NOT apply to as many safety schools as me; it was a waste of time and money and provided no scholarship leverage. good luck to everybody!
…any scholarships or write any LOCIs for the schools I was waitlisted at. Withdrew from WashU in late March - I interviewed in late Oct and was essentially ghosted. I had chosen a school already and elected to withdraw before receiving a decision.
