Admitted to Seattle UniversityDo not underestimate the power of an outstanding personal statement and LORs. They won’t completely make up for low stats but it can certainly help! Well into my cycle and I am continuing to send letters of interest to ASU….
Apply to high reach schools even if you know for sure you won’t get in! I regret not applying solely because I will never know for certain. There was obviously something about my app these schools like aside from my stats.
Test scores are almost set to expire and this forced me to withdrawal from at least one school and might be why I am getting rejected from elsewhere. My advice: If you get a good score, don’t sit on it for too long.
Keep taking the LSAT. And take it in-person. I went 162 -> 168 -> 167 -> 168 -> 175. The last one was the only one I didn’t take at home or in a stupid hotel. Remote test-taking sucks. Go to the testing place.
take the LSAT seriously, its one of the biggest things that can control the outcome of your cycle. Just remember even without t14 A’s, you can still be a fantastic lawyer. An A is an A, be proud of yourself!
Law school elitism is real. If you compare yourself to everyone else, you’ll spend your whole academic and legal career disappointed. Make the most of what you have and be your best self.

Don’t settle for your first LSAT score!! I took the LSAT 3 times. I started volunteering at my local legal clinic. I knew my gpa wasn’t great and found ways to get my soft stronger.
Ask for a fee waiver at every school you apply for, I received one at all 11 schools. Also NEGOTIATE YOUR SCHOLARSHIPS, it doesn’t hurt to ask and the worst they can do is say no!
A ship with a clear plan and destination, along with a captain and crew, will successfully reach its destination. - Earl Nightingale
Only you know what’s best for you. Trust yourself. I know it’s cliche, but this wisdom has guided me through this cycle and I’m really excited about my decision.

Don’t apply after the priority deadline – probably ever – but especially don’t when unknowingly applying in a cycle with 33% more applicants.
Be honest on your personal statement, but also be cognizant of what they’re looking for.
Go to school where you want to practice. Lower your expectations, everyone is smart and no one goes to Harvard
