I am so grateful for all of the previous applicants who have shared their data because it has helped me temper my expectations during this process. Pay it forward for the applicants to come!

Admitted to University of NebraskaReddit is not your friend – it is simply the blind leading the blind. You’ll be fine – make sure you reach out and participate in events with the law schools that you’re most interested in, and you can make a great impression on the admissions folks. Remember, you’re more than your stats!
Visit at least one law school and sit in on a class before you even apply! Then ask yourself if you can truly envision being totally immersed in that type of environment for a few years.
You will forget this all once it’s behind you. Logging in as a 3L to check my LSAT score in order to answer demographics questions for MPRE registration. Almost ordered a new transcript to check my undergrad GPA. Stats and essays feel so important when you’re applying but they’re not.
(◕o◕) Definitely email schools you like or schools you know that give out CAS waivers and ask. The worst they can do is say no. Clearly I got a “few” applications this way haha. This process is already so expensive so save money where you can! Only apply to schools you would attend!!

I changed majors my junior year from physics to international relations at which point my gpa average for the next two years was 3.86. Have a masters degree from University of South Carolina with full ride and fellowship 4.0.
Good luck don’t suck ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ♡ Work hard! I don’t really study at all beyond preparing for tests. My scores show it but because I have a more difficult major and research experience I think it gave me a bit of an edge.
Always show as much interest as possible in wherever you’re applying and write all optional essays, you never know what might catch admission’s eyes
Slow yet steady, what is for me will come to me.
Dedicate yourself to the exam and apply early (don’t rush your written materials but work on them far ahead of time).
Apply broadly, especially if your a splitter. Got rejected by safeties and accepted by reaches. Worth the $45 now for the potentially of tens of thousands in the future.
to be a star you must burn
Learn about the world, and form your own thoughts and opinions, do not simply repeat what you hear/ read. The most important thing in life is posterity.
Unsolicited increase from Baylor. Solicited increased from Pittsburgh. Negotiations rejected on all other attempts (Richmond, PSU Dickinson, Temple).
Reach out if you have any questions!
I tailored the last paragraph of my personal statement to each school, and I believe that contributed (in part) to the scholarships I received.
