if you are considering not applying, JUST APPLY!! YOUR LSAT SCORE is not everything!! Shoot for the stars. Also, taking a gap year is a great way to see if law is really for you, and to save up money.
You’re more than your stats. In the end, your failure or success isn’t made by where you went but by what you did there. So work hard, prepare the best you can and let the chips fall where they may.
Stop being a weenie and apply earlier than you think!!! You will go through all phases of grief/crashout but trust the process!

Not the greatest test taker ever, but was still able to get many acceptances. Life experience is important too – do well on the LSAT, but don’t forget about the rest of the picture.
Apply mindfully and strategically to a bunch of schools. Always ask for application fee waivers and don’t let a lower LSAT stop you from applying. Good luck!
Don’t tell anyone why you really want to go to law school… it sounds pretentious. If anyone asks, tell them you thought it was a really sexy thing to do.
If I can do it, so can you. I thought I wasnt going to get in anywhere with my stats. Still waiting on several more schools but super blessed.
If every time you check your status checker and see that it’s still under review, just know that’s another day you haven’t been rejected :)
studied for LSAT using the LSAT Trainer book by Mike Kim – might not be for everyone, but it’s only $50 and it really worked for me!
DO NOT TAKE LSAT UNTIL YOU ARE HITTING YOUR GOAL SCORE EVERY PRACTICE TEST. Reapplying next cycle with hopefully a better score.
If T-14 is out of reach, focus on schools where you’re above LSAT and GPA medians. Even better if you’re in the 75th percentile
You just need one yes!
Do this the way you want to do it, not the way other people tell you it must be done.
“hard things will happen to us. we will recover. we will learn from it. we will grow more resilient because of it.” - t.s.
always believe in yourself … and if you have trauma use it in your statements because if you don’t someone else will !!
Reapplicant. 5R/1WL in my first cycle. Rewrote essays, finished undergrad, and got another rec letter in between cycles.
apply!!! don’t be scared to do so, take your chances even if they may be small. 10/10 responses = 6 A’s, 2 WL, 3 R’s.
