Admitted to University of Southern CaliforniaExtremely grateful for the decisions I have received and for being done with this process. If I had to start this cycle all over again, I would have cut down my school list. Although I received fee waivers to every school I applied to, there was never a realistic chance I would have attended some of these schools.…
It all turns out okay in the end.
Ph. D. in a humanities field related to the law I wish to practice, connection drawn (I hope convincingly) in the personal statement. Have four peer-reviewed articles in print (sole author) and a dissertation. I’m sort of known in my field, not a celebrity by any means but definitely a member of the profession.…

I got that dog in me Post-cycle notes: Submitted all my apps within 2 weeks of apps opening (most on Sep 19, except for Yale which opened later)- Didn’t do a whole lot of scholly negotiation because by March I was between UCLA & Penn (barring Stanny) Sent several LOCIs to Stanny, which was my top pick, but a WL is…
LSAT 174 GPA 3.85 2025–26 cycle
Admitted to University of Pennsylvania
If you want to get into Berkeley, do all the bells and whistles on the application. Try not to get your heart too set on one school and be open-minded, I almost didn’t apply to Penn because of their corporate reputation but then I visited and fell in love.
I recommend LSAT Demon to study! You don’t need legal experience, but you should have a cohesive narrative explaining “why law, why now.” Write all optional essays that pertain to you. Apply broadly to negotiate aid and don’t be afraid to ask! Consider overall COA and location when rankings and scholarships are…

I decided to visit the school and set up a campus visit. 3 days later, I got the call!…
Combination of unique background/why law (see: war-torn country) and help from 7Sage with app. Was fortunate to connect with alumni/current students of schools I was waitlisted at, became really passionate about UVA in particular. Wrote a LOCI based off of alumni reviews+how it was compatible with my ideal law…
**Reapplicant ** Increased my LSAT 2 points between the 2020 cycle and 2021 cycle, graduated college, and got a full-time job at a BigLaw firm. 2020-2021 Cycle Results: A: University of San Diego, Pepperdine, Chapman, Loyola Marymount Los Angeles, Baylor WL: University of Southern California, UCLA, Georgetown, UC…
making my profile public to help anyone who has the same stats at me! i stopped recording scholarship amounts after i got my award to the school i will be committing to. i didn’t remain on any waitlists. best advice is to NOT apply to as many safety schools as me; it was a waste of time and money and provided no…

Reapplying in a few years for HLS. If you get an HLS II, don’t brick the interview like me

Decent work experience as a paralegal for a few years and since then in state government–wrote my PS about the state government side. Wrote “Why X” essays for UCLA and ND, included similar language…
