Wisdom for future generations

Hi everyone!

My name is Anna. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing. After graduating, I worked as a paralegal full-time at a personal injury law firm. I took the LSAT in August 2024 and scored 150. Due to personal health reasons, I did not retake it.

My applications have consisted of the following:
LSAT Addendum - Resume

  • Personal Statement
  • Optional Statements
  • Pre- Recorded Interview
  • Recommendation Letters

I dream of returning to my alma mater, The University of Texas at Austin Law School. I applied to UT as an Early Decision (legally binding). I submitted all of my applications by late/early November.

I am a first-generation Latina woman applying for admission in the Fall of 2025. I dream of working in big law in Texas in the area of business law. I wish everyone good luck in this difficult application cycle.

Some motivation for future applicants: If you can move back home and dedicate full-time to the LSAT, DO IT. I wish I had moved back home to my parent’s house, worked part-time, and allotted more time to studying for the LSAT.
