Read a random definition: presumed maximum value (PMV)

A quick definition of ATSDR:

ATSDR stands for Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. It is a government agency that helps protect people from harmful chemicals and substances that can make them sick. They study how these things can affect our health and work to prevent people from being exposed to them.

A more thorough explanation:

ATSDR

ATSDR stands for Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. It is a federal agency that works to protect people from harmful chemicals and substances in the environment.

ATSDR might investigate a community where people are getting sick from drinking contaminated water. They would test the water and figure out what chemicals are causing the health problems. Then they would work with local officials to find a way to clean up the water and prevent people from getting sick in the future.

Another example is if a factory is releasing toxic chemicals into the air. ATSDR would investigate the situation and work with the factory to find ways to reduce the amount of chemicals being released. This would help protect the health of people who live nearby.

ATSDR is an important agency that helps keep people safe from harmful chemicals and substances. They investigate situations where people are getting sick or exposed to dangerous chemicals, and work to find solutions to prevent future harm. The examples show how ATSDR works to protect people from contaminated water and air pollution.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
