C/O

Read a random definition: North Eastern Reporter

A quick definition of C/O:

Term: C/O

Definition: C/O is an abbreviation for "care of." It means that something is being sent or delivered to someone who is not the intended recipient, but who will make sure it gets to the right person. For example, if you are sending a package to your friend who is staying with their grandparents, you might address it to your friend c/o their grandparents' address. This way, the package will be delivered to the grandparents' house, and they will make sure your friend gets it.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: c/o is an abbreviation that stands for "care of." It is used to indicate that a letter or package should be delivered to someone at an address where they are temporarily staying or where they do not have a permanent address. Example: If you are sending a letter to a friend who is staying at a hotel, you might address it like this:
John Smith
c/o The Plaza Hotel
123 Main Street
New York, NY 10001
This tells the hotel staff to deliver the letter to John Smith, who is staying at their hotel. Explanation: The abbreviation c/o is commonly used in mailing addresses to indicate that the recipient is not the primary resident of the location. It is often used for people who are staying at a hotel, a friend's house, or a temporary residence. The example shows how to use c/o in a mailing address to ensure that the letter is delivered to the correct person.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
Give it 4 more weeks at least. Everyone in this chat needs to wait longer.
