charge sheet

Read a random definition: jus portus

A quick definition of charge sheet:

A charge sheet is a document that police officers use to record the names of people who have been arrested, the reasons for their arrest, and who accused them. In military law, a charge sheet is a four-part document that includes information about the accused and witnesses, the charges and specifications, and the referral of charges to a court-martial for trial. For a summary court-martial, the charge sheet also includes the trial record.

A more thorough explanation:

A charge sheet is a document that records important information about a person who has been arrested or accused of a crime. It is used by the police and military to keep track of the charges and accusations against a person.

1. In the police department, a charge sheet is used to record the name of the person who has been arrested, the nature of the accusations, and the identity of the accusers. This helps the police keep track of the case and ensure that all the necessary information is available.

2. In the military, a charge sheet is a four-part document that contains information about the accused and the witnesses, the charges and specifications, and the referral of charges to a court-martial for trial. This helps the military keep track of the legal proceedings and ensure that everything is done according to the law.

These examples illustrate how a charge sheet is used to keep track of important information about a person who has been accused of a crime. It helps the authorities to ensure that all the necessary information is available and that the legal proceedings are conducted properly.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
