consolidated laws

Read a random definition: reinsurer

A quick definition of consolidated laws:

A consolidated law is a complete system of laws that are carefully arranged and officially promulgated. It is a collection or revision of laws, rules, or regulations that are put together in a systematic way. Think of it like a big book of rules that everyone has to follow. It includes not just existing laws, but also unwritten laws on a subject that are newly enacted as a complete system of law. The most famous example of a code is the collection of laws and constitutions made by order of the Roman Emperor Justinian in A.D. 529. This big book of rules is called the Code and is one of four works that make up what is now called the Corpus Juris Civilis.

A more thorough explanation:

Consolidated laws refer to a complete system of positive law that is carefully arranged and officially promulgated. It is a systematic collection or revision of laws, rules, or regulations. A code is a compilation not just of existing statutes, but also of much of the unwritten law on a subject, which is newly enacted as a complete system of law.

For example, the Uniform Commercial Code is a code that governs commercial transactions in the United States. It is a comprehensive set of laws that covers everything from sales and leases to negotiable instruments and secured transactions. The code is a consolidation of existing laws and regulations, as well as new laws that have been added to create a complete system of law.

Another example of a code is the collection of laws and constitutions made by order of the Roman Emperor Justinian and first authoritatively published in A.D. 529. This code, known as the Code of Justinian, is one of four works that make up what is now called the Corpus Juris Civilis. It is a comprehensive set of laws that covers everything from property rights to criminal law.

In summary, consolidated laws are a complete system of positive law that is carefully arranged and officially promulgated. They are a compilation of existing laws and regulations, as well as new laws that have been added to create a complete system of law.

I mean, idk how it's possible to end birth right citizenship without amending the constitution because to me the 14th amendment is pretty clear about it.
ross ulbricht tried to hire a hitman to kill 5 people
i am not that sympathetic to him

@KnowledgeableRitzyWasp: That might have been an FBI agent. It was most likely him and he was most likely doing it to retrieve stolen funds that corrupt FBI agents stole, but yeah moral gray area but me personally, cool with hitmen. It's not like it is uncommon to hire hitmen. I don't think the action itself is necessarily wrong but the intent behind it can be.

Like, Boeing whistblowers being killed by hitmen = wrong but a guy hiring hitmen to retrieve stolen funds = good to me.

@Dkk: Yeah, for sure. My guess is it'll go to SCOTUS and it'll be 8-1 or 7-2, saying that EO was unconstitutional.
