A quick definition of Court of Verge:

Court of Verge: A court that has two meanings. The first meaning is that it is a court that has jurisdiction over an area called the verge, which is the area around a royal palace or castle. The second meaning is that it is a court that has jurisdiction over people who live in the verge, which includes the servants and workers who live and work in the palace or castle.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: The Court of Verge is a court that has jurisdiction over the households of the monarch's officials and servants. It has the power to try cases of minor offenses committed by these individuals.

Example: If a servant of the monarch's household is accused of stealing a piece of jewelry from another servant, the case would be heard in the Court of Verge.

Explanation: The Court of Verge was established to maintain discipline and order within the households of the monarch's officials and servants. It was responsible for trying cases of minor offenses, such as theft, assault, and breach of contract. The court had the power to impose fines, imprisonment, and even corporal punishment on those found guilty. The example illustrates how the Court of Verge would handle a case of theft committed by a servant within the monarch's household.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
