A quick definition of daily newspaper:

A daily newspaper is a type of publication that is printed and distributed to the public on a daily basis. It contains news and information about current events that are of interest to the general public. It is usually printed on large sheets of paper and is available for purchase at newsstands or through home delivery. Some newspapers are designated as legal newspapers, which contain information about legal matters such as court cases and legislative changes. Others are official newspapers, which contain public notices and advertisements for state or municipal legislative bodies.

A more thorough explanation:

A daily newspaper is a type of publication that is printed and distributed to the public every day. It contains news and information about current events that are of interest to the general public.

For example, The New York Times is a daily newspaper that is published every day of the week. It covers a wide range of topics, including politics, business, sports, and entertainment. Another example is The Wall Street Journal, which is also a daily newspaper that focuses on business and financial news.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
