A quick definition of election judge:

Term: Election Judge

Definition: An election judge is a person who is chosen to oversee and manage an election at the local level. They are responsible for ensuring that the voting process is fair and transparent. In some countries, they are also responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise during the election. In England, an election judge is one of two judges selected to try election petitions in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court.

A more thorough explanation:

Definition: An election judge is a person who is appointed to supervise an election at the precinct level. They are responsible for ensuring that the election is conducted fairly and according to the rules set by the election board. In English law, an election judge is one of two puisne judges of the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court selected to try election petitions.

  • During the election, John served as an election judge at his local precinct, making sure that all voters were registered and that the voting process was fair.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)

Sent an app to OSU in early december and have STILL not heard back
