Enforcement is the act of making sure that people follow the rules. This can be done by making laws, commands, or agreements that people have to follow. If someone doesn't follow the rules, they may be punished. This is called enforcement. It can be done by the police or other people who have the power to make sure that the rules are followed. Sometimes, people can also enforce rules themselves, without going to the police. This is called self-help.
