Exfrediare

Exfrediare describes the act of openly committing violence or significantly disturbing public order through physical force or threats of it.

• Example 1: A Public Altercation
  Two individuals engage in a physical fight in the middle of a busy shopping mall, causing shoppers to stop, scream, and seek cover. Security personnel are called to intervene, and the mall's operations are temporarily disrupted.

  This scenario illustrates exfrediare because the fight constitutes open violence in a public space, directly breaking the peace and creating significant disorder for the general public.

• Example 2: Disruptive Protest Behavior
  During an otherwise peaceful public demonstration, a small group within the crowd begins to throw objects at a government building, smash windows, and overturn public benches. This causes panic among other demonstrators and bystanders, leading to police intervention.
