Read a random definition: memorandum of alteration

A quick definition of gaming house:

A gaming house is a place where people go to gamble. It can be any location where gambling takes place, such as a casino or a private room. It is also sometimes called a gambling place or gaming room.

A more thorough explanation:

A gaming house, also known as a gambling place, is any location where gambling activities take place.

  • A casino
  • A sports betting parlor
  • An underground poker room

These examples illustrate the definition of a gaming house because they are all locations where people go to gamble. Casinos offer a variety of games such as slot machines, blackjack, and roulette. Sports betting parlors allow people to place bets on various sports events. Underground poker rooms are illegal and often operate in secret, but they still qualify as gaming houses because they involve gambling.

And I'm like is that because they submitted early cause they were below medians? Or because in the beginning because adcomms have more time they can scrutinize my apps more

For the love of everything, don't be that person that submits in the first week that the application is open. Those generally are the weakest, most desperate applicants.
Sent BC LOCI today when i saw R and WLs going out and they responded back to my email before I could get on of those so hopefully its not too late
