implementation plan

Read a random definition: crime statistics

A quick definition of implementation plan:

An implementation plan is a detailed plan that outlines the steps needed to meet environmental-quality standards by a certain deadline. It is used in environmental law to ensure that organizations and individuals take the necessary actions to protect the environment. Think of it like a roadmap that guides people towards achieving specific environmental goals.

A more thorough explanation:

An implementation plan is a detailed outline of the steps that need to be taken to achieve a specific goal or objective within a certain timeframe. In the context of environmental law, an implementation plan is a plan that outlines the steps that need to be taken to meet environmental-quality standards by a specific deadline.

For example, if a company is required to reduce its carbon emissions by a certain percentage by the end of the year, it would need to create an implementation plan that outlines the specific actions it will take to achieve this goal. This might include investing in renewable energy sources, improving energy efficiency, and reducing waste.

Another example of an implementation plan in environmental law might be a plan to clean up a contaminated site. The plan would outline the steps that need to be taken to remove the contaminants and restore the site to a safe and healthy condition.

Overall, an implementation plan is an important tool for achieving specific goals and objectives, particularly in the context of environmental law where there are often strict regulations and deadlines that must be met.

@mastermonkey45: Looking at some of the recent decisions in relation to when they went complete, I'd say it's a good sign. It seems many declines were sent within about 5-6 weeks of completion. Given those were applications that were SENT in January, I'd say that means you're still solidly in the running. :)
